Message from the Medical Superintendent

I am honored and privileged to be associated with ESI Corporation and to take over the charge of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Ankleshwar (Gujarat). ESIC Hospital, Ankleshwar has been established under the Employees’ State Insurance Act 1948. Under the E.S.I. scheme, IPs in all areas and their family members in areas with "Full" medical care facilities are entitled to hospitalization. This is a 100 bedded hospital situated in one of the largest industrial areas of Gujarat. In this hospital, outpatient services in various specialties such as General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dental, Chest Physician, Anaesthesia, Radiologist, Pathologist, Ayurveda, etc. are being provided. Laboratory services, Radiology services such as X-Rays, Ultrasound scans, and ECG services are available. Besides Allopathic treatment, we also provide Chemotherapy, Ayurvedic treatment and Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapist service is also available in this hospital. Excellent in-patient services are provided by competent Medical, Nursing, and Paramedical personnel with commitment and care. In-patient services include wards, OT, HDU & other auxiliary services like CSSD, Dietary, Ambulance, and Laundry services, Pharmacy, etc. 24*7 hours Emergency services are available with round-the-clock Medical Officers. The provision for Super Specialty services for beneficiaries is mainly through tie-up arrangements with reputed hospitals. Health Check-ups and ESI Awareness Camps are regularly conducted for Insured persons at their workplace. We strive to provide IP-friendly, hassle-free, quality health care services to Insured persons and their beneficiaries to meet their health needs and satisfaction.
